Frank McAdams is an award-winning screenwriter, teaching cinema studies at USC, 1991-2018. McAdams is the author of “The American War Film: History and Hollywood” and co-author of “Final Affair,” a Berkley True Crime Book. His memoir, “Vietnam Rough Riders: A Convoy Commander’s Memoir,” University Press of Kansas, was released in 2013 and nominated for a Pulitzer Prize in Autobiography/Biography. In 2010 he was a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the the University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain. He received a B.S. (History) from Loyola University, Chicago, and earned a Master of Fine Arts from UCLA.
