Billie Holladay Skelley

Billie Holladay Skelley is a registered nurse who received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin. In Madison, she worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery and taught students in the nursing program. She also helped to develop the nursing curriculum at Clarke College in Iowa. Since her retirement from the nursing profession, Billie has enjoyed focusing her writing efforts on different topics and disciplines for various forums.
